Be a healthy person is much easier than you could imagine. We often are pursuing a lifestyle ahead of us which doesn't fit our real-life routine or is not even practical in terms of time resources. Here follows simple but essential recommendations for actual healthy behaviour for the rest of your life. And you don't need money for it.
“Do physical activities that you like and be aware of your breath. Doing something you enjoy will encourage you to exercise regularly, and this is the key for wonderful results in body and mental health, in the short and long term.”
5- Laugh and smile always, and with your heart. Good humour plays an important role in our health, bringing balance to the emotional, mental and physical body. Laughing always makes us feel better. An excellent tip is to massage the thymus, this mysterious gland that sits in the centre of the chest, between the sternum and the heart. It essentially acts in the balance of the immune system. Along with the heart, the thymus sends vibrational pulses of well-being throughout the body, communicating the good news of laughter!
4- Eat nutrient-dense and alkaline foods. Food with a high nutritional content is organic food that comes from hereditary (non-genetically modified) natural seeds, planted without the use of chemicals in strong, healthy soil, providing plants with minerals and nutrients in ideal amounts to meet the body's needs, that satiates itself fully and energetically. Thus, we eat less and with much more quality, with less work on our organs to digest food and accumulating energy to prolong life, bringing us longevity. Alkaline foods, such as bananas, avocados, citrus fruits, almonds, ginger, onions, carrots, spinach, watermelon and others, are catalysts that bring the perfect balance to the acidic organism that most people on the industrial diet have. In addition, alkalis fight free radicals, aid in the production of white blood cells and disintegrate diseased cells. In other words, it is pure medicine for health!
3- Do physical activities that you like and be aware of your breath. Doing something you enjoy will encourage you to exercise regularly, and this is the key to wonderful results in body and mental health, in the short and long term. Everything is in motion in the universe, from the microscopic to the macroscopic level, so a moving body does not atrophy. The same goes for breathing, an incessant source of energy that moves in cosmic contraction and expansion, keeping us alive. Flowing our breath with attention allows us to react better to any circumstance in our lives, if we are aware of the way we breathe we can balance our emotions and avoid many illnesses. There's always some exercise that someone likes, even if you're a gaming and computer buff, you can play virtual motion-based games! Two tips that more than 90% of people like because they are very pleasurable: dancing and having sex, you already combine the useful with the pleasant and still rejuvenate. Physical exercise improves our reasoning and decision capacity, regulates the health of all organs through the release of neurotransmitters such as serotonin, dopamine and adrenaline, which bring us great health and well-being at all bodily levels.
2- Have good thoughts most of the time, think positively. We already know through science that what we think directly affects how our bodies react, directly implicating our health. Watch your thoughts with your heart, when a negative thought comes let it pass you without identifying itself, bringing the memory a positive thought, reversing the poles. In other words, the better the quality of what we have in mind, the better the resonance will be with our body, as the brain sends these electromagnetic vibrations to all parts through the nervous tissues, which permeate every cell in our body. Anyway, it's all connected, so don't let anything get on your nerves, literally!
1- Connect with Nature, know how to recognize being part of it. The more connected we are with Her, the more we receive energy from the Universe, the planet, the environment around us to fuel and maintain our own physical, mental and emotional health, as we are part of the natural cycle and everything is energy in different vibrations. It is a subtle work of reverence, contemplation and gratitude for Nature and all that it offers us, and understanding that we are integrated with Her gives us the notion of wholeness, unity, belonging, at the expense of individuality and the notion of separation, that takes us away from full and integral health. So, elevate your well-being and go to the waterfall (preferably jump in the water), swim in the river, sunbathe on the beach, climb the mountain, explore the forest, even go to a park near your house and talk to the plants, embrace the trees and interact with the animals, breathe the fresh air and be that perfection that is Nature's health!
